In this comedy/drama series, the Teiko Real Estate Company in Tokyo is part of a larger corporation and is doing okay under its Section Chief, Yashiro Dai, but many of the employees there are underperforming at selling houses. To try and fix that, a new Chief has been sent to them. That new Chief is Sagen'ya Machi, a beautiful young woman with a single-minded focus: selling houses. She proudly claims there isn't any house she can't sell and quickly sets out to prove it. But she soon becomes a distraction for the laid-back Dai and his motley crew of real estate agents who find the intense Machi a bit more than they were expecting...
