This is the second film of the recent movie trilogy by Nippon Animation in order to celebrate the Sinbad anime's 40th anniversary. This has got nothing to do with Magi.
Translated title: Sinbad: The Magic Lamp and the Moving Island
Ripped using MakeMKV. There is no Blu-ray version, so 480p DVD it is.
