Sword Art Online: Progressive Volume 01 has 2 chapters and a mini-chapter (Intermission), them being "Aria of a Starless Night" and "Rondo of a Fragile Blade", and then "Intermission - The Reason for the Whiskers".
This PDF contains both "Aria of a Starless Night" and "Intermission - The Reason for the Whiskers" (it also contains the Afterword but that doesn't matter too much).
These are fantranslated from the Japanese novels (not my PDF either). Translations for this stopped because Yen Press licensed it.
But I have now managed to get my hands on the Yen Press releases and will be scanning and OCRing them.
I plan to upload "Rondo of a Fragile Blade" over the next few days, scanning, OCRing and fixing OCR errors takes a while so I might upload it in parts (it's broken into 14 parts, by the way).
