Encoding Note:
The method we use is the same as we did in the 1st season, where we did little pre-processing on the source, and the focus was on the x265 parameters.
The result is satisfying as the 10bit HEVC encoder does provide us with a decent quality and a well-controlled bit-rate. The 10-bit precision also demonstrate an advantage in getting rid of color-banding or blocking in the dark-site.
