Let me start by saying that, unlike usual, I did not rip any of this; I only own three CDs by Ling Tosite Sigure, one single and two albums. I got this collection from the hard drive of a friend, who himself got it from somewhere on the Internet. I checked NyaaTorrents and didn’t see it here. But in the rare chance someone knows who compiled this collection, please let me know so I can give them proper credit and thanks.

Ling Tosite Sigure is a three-member rock band from Saitama. You could classify their music with all kinds of sub-genre titles like progressive rock, shoegaze, indie rock (how are you an ‘indie rock’ band signed to a major label…), emo, alternative—I could go on. Their most distinguishing qualities are the alternation between male and female vocals, and their fluctations in both tempo and time signatures within songs. And of course their frenetic energy. The songs Disco Flight and Telecast Fake Show are excellent examples. That’s not to say Ling Tosite Sigure doesn’t have any moments of slower refrain, but it’s a rare respite.
This torrent contains five demos, three singles, five studio albums, and one extended play. As far as I know, it’s everything Ling Tosite Sigure has released at this time of writing, except for things like music videos.
