KAORI—derived from her real name, Kawana Midori—divides her time between singing and acting (under the name Suzuki Kaori). This album was her debut as a solo artist and to date remains her only album under the KAORI moniker. But she released a couple of singles after re;stratosphere before going on hiatus to focus the most on her band Spunky Strider, an indie band for which she is the vocalist.
