Fairly certain the game is called Amagami, don't know if it had some fancy subtitle to it.
Working on 6.35 PRO B on M33 Driver mode. It's in Japanese of course, and seeing progress on the Oreimo game, there won't be a patch for this. Because nobody is working on an Oreimo patch.
