Running time is only 1:21 and the background is mostly black, thus the small file. (QTGMC is also a pretty heavy denoiser which helps, and the compression scaled well with additional reference frames. [going from 8 to 12 cut off an additional 200MB.])
It's pretty much the 2010 39's Giving Day playlist, but unlike that concert the Vocaloids are projected in 60fps this time.
