853x480 resolution with minimal quality loss. I'm not sure when this performance was recorded, but it's completely different showing from the one that was streamed over NicoNico.
Being raw, obviously there are no subtitles, but fansubbed versions are available elsewhere on the Internet. This is mainly intended for those interested in a different performance of Petite Étrangère, with new camera angles (so many new awesome things to see!) and better video quality.
