1. Included fixed ep.10 (was in SP1), and tagged audio track with JPN;
2. Fixed audio track of Menu01 from 16-bit to 24-bit (now same as other Menus);
3. Renamed all files with new convention, and renamed SP01-05 to PV01-02 and CM01-03;
4. Added CUE and cover art for all CDs;
5. Deleted useless chapter at the end of each episode, changed language tag of all video tracks from ENG to JPN.
