Encode Notes
This is the movie of Kiniro Mosaic. The image quality is the same as the TV: soft style without obvious defects. So we did the same as before, just eliminate the bandings accompanied with a bit sharpness compensation. Due to the soft lines and low motion, the required bit rate is quite low, so we could keep the file size small.
