Encode Notes
The BD image quality of High School Fleet is not very well. Aliasing and mosaics are everywhere, and even there are problems on weak texture.
We fixed those problems as possible as we can, then encoded it with HEVC.
The MP4 version were encoded at 720p since the BD quality is not so good.
